We are trying to limit the complexity of the event as much as possible, so we'll be able to focus on content instead of complex organization. This meeting will however be a unique opportunity to connect with the leaders from the Drupal community. If this is your target audience you should consider to:

  • sponsor one of the dinners, either on Friday or Saturday night (it's also possible to share the sponsorship for a dinner with another company) estimated cost between 2000 and 4000 EUR.

Microsoft will be the main sponsor for the Drupal executives meetup in Brussels. We'll be holding the meeting in their Brussels office (in Zaventem) and they will also provide refreshments, coffee and an on-site lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
